Brilliant Weekenders Take A Break

Today, to practice what we preach, we are all off on a Brilliant Weekend to The Vale in Cardiff! Yep, the boss is treating us, and with a restaurant, bar, spa and golf course we have no need to leave the hotel.

After our meal, few bottles of wine and Sambucas tonight, we will all be ready for relaxing on Saturday with a fantastic golf course (for the two Pauls) and treatments for the rest of us (and not just the girls). The Vale is home to Wales' largest spa, established five years ago under the expert guidance of industry consultancy leader "The Sanctuary"! The spa is equipped with 19 treatment rooms, a lavish changing facility and an extensive relaxation room and I can't wait!

Bring on 5.30pm (minus Bristol rush hour) and we're off on our brilliant road trip...up the road!
