British Tourism Week

12th - 18th March 2007

British Tourism Week was officially introduced by HRH Prince of Wales at the Tower of London last Monday...and about time too! We at Brilliant Weekends fully support the move to drive forward all the different sectors of the British tourism industry.
I am always too quick to jump on a plane when I have so much to offer on my doorstep as much as most inbound visitors never get much beyond London!

Showing our support for BTW we sent Paul and David to check out the British Travel Trade Fair at Birmingham NEC last Tuesday. The feedback was really positive looking at Green Tourism and a big buzz surrounding the 2012 Olympic Games.

Brilliant Tea for Comic Relief!

Stranger things can happen but...Paul Southgate learnt how to use the kettle today in honour of Comic Relief!

We all put in £1 to sponsor Paul as Tea slave in the office for the day (maximum 4 cups per person, quote "he is not a slave") and raised £30!

Thanks Paul!

Come and See us at RSVP!

Brilliant Weekends Join Eventia!

After Brilliant Weekends ticked all the right boxes, handed over references, and cash, we became respected members of Eventia. Eventia is the new voice of the Events Industry and the hub for conference, incentive travel and corporate entertainment info, networking and more! Eventia, created in January 2006, followed a merger between two trade associations: the Corporate Events Association (CEA) and the Incentive Travel & Meetings Association (ITMA). Congratulations Brilliant Weekends! Our dedication is…to being brilliant!
